Cafe Chosun

Saturday, August 12, 2017
Cafe Chosun became known when Chef Bourdain praised its dishes. It was Valentine's holiday during our visit and the place was packed. We had to fall in line for about half an hour to get a table. Service was ok, as it was understandably chaotic. The place was cozy, warm, and smelled of smokey goodness from the hot pots cooking.
Outside, a non-parking area may be available to park, depending on the hour. There was a row of vendors by the glass wall selling anything from DVDs, phone accessories, cigs, etc. It is the red light district, after all.
Inside, a modern yet detailed decor matches the subdued traditional atmosphere.
