Maru Korean Restaurant: Makati Avenue

Friday, January 1, 2016
Maru Korean Restaurant offers great food, side dish choices, and comfy seating nooks that call for a casual, relaxed dining experience. Maru Makati Ave is located across A.Venue mall, near Century City and Antel Suites intersection.
The 2-storey resto lacks parking space. There are nearby paid parking areas, or if you're lucky, you can squeeze your ride just outside the establishment (limited slots).
Nice couches and long table, with embedded cooking station.
I love Korean restaurants mainly because of their banchan. And Maru doesn't disappoint, giving us about 10 side dishes, all refillable! These mini bites have different, contrasting tastes that blend well with any juicy meat.
Banchan includes tofu, eggplant, bean sprouts, and vegetable omelet of sort.
Bugotguk: Php400
Galbisal: Php450
So Bulgogi: Php380

Remarks:
We love Korean restaurants! And Maru wins majorly on flavors, generous banchan plates, and nice ambiance.
Check out Maru Macapagal Boulevard branch.

  2. I'm interested in reserving this place because choosing the right venue which does not favor a specific culture becomes difficult. Halls here have fountains and elaborate pictures. Some venues in Los Angeles display traditional artifacts and paintings.
