Todd English is one of the first celebrity chefs to open a restaurant in our land. Expect a few more high end restos coming our way soon.
Located at SM Aura's Sky Park, where you can have side-by-side option of restos to choose from. Fortunately, most of them have their Menu displayed outside so you can assess you budget beforehand.
Interiors are very continental, with pops of orange accents and golden illuminating lights, paired with super shiny floors and reflective countertops.
The pastry wheel is the centerpiece of one of the stations. I must admit I wasn't blown away. The macaroons ride the wheel and it's a bit miniscule for any effect.
Fresh seafood station.  You can dine here actually. I don't mind facing the shells, but we chose a proper table.
Pasta station. Love the colorful pasta by the wall. Their pastas are certified al dente, made fresh while you watch (if you want).

The food hall is quite massive, and impressive too. But with almost as many staff as guests, I'm sure it has no problem keeping the place running.

  • Surprisingly, the prices are not too steep, quite reasonable. And with the serving size, good for sharing. It's a good deal. But watch out for the added drinks and tax.
  • Taste-wise, love everything! Flavors are all there. We didn't get to try much, but we loved the dishes we had.
